Hailey is the Transaction Manager for the Debbie Hopper Real Estate Team, and is lovingly referred to as “The General” by her teammates. She keeps the troops in line, and expertly navigates every real estate transaction with skill and efficiency. Because of her expertise and attention to detail, she ensures that each client receives a silky smooth and well-executed transaction process from start to finish.

Hailey is married with two very active boys. She graduated from East Carolina University and moved to Wilmington over 20 years ago. After a successful career in sales, Hailey left the work force to raise her two boys. She spent eleven wonderful years at home, but then she started itching to get back into the work force and start a new career. During this time period, Hailey met her friend Debbie Hopper for lunch, to ask for career advice. Little did Hailey know that Debbie was looking for an assistant to help her with her burgeoning real estate business. It was a match made in heaven, and the rest is history.
