Having been fortunate enough to live in southeastern North Carolina his entire life, Greg Dunn understands the draw of this beautiful region, and the desire for others to call it home. In 1999, Greg arrived in Wilmington to pursue a degree in accounting at UNCW. After graduating, he decided to remain in Wilmington, though he was uncertain about his professional path. It was during this period that he discovered his passion for residential Real Estate and embarked on a career in Residential Appraisals.

Greg founded Atlantic Coast Appraisers & Associates, a venture that has flourished under his leadership for over two decades. As the Owner and President of the firm, he remains actively engaged in appraising properties while continuously expanding his knowledge base. 

Throughout his extensive tenure, Greg has amassed a wealth of expertise in the residential real estate market, encompassing both Wilmington and the surrounding counties. Drawing on his professional acumen, he is well-positioned to address the unique needs and desires of his clients.
