Vacant land, go & show. Maple Creek is a highly desirable community and rarely does an opportunity to buy a property come on the market. The community is a waterfront community with a boat ramp. Maple Creek road is paved and zoned for MH, SFR. County records have a septic permit/installed in 1979. In 2011 there were septic violations and the mobile home burned in 8/2011 and was removed.
