A North Carolina native, Sarah grew up in Lenoir, NC, graduated from UNC Asheville with a degree in History and Secondary Education. Post college, Sarah moved to the area to pursue her teaching career. After 9 years in the classroom, she decided back in the spring to pursue a new career in Real Estate. 

While working for Brunswick County Schools, Sarah won Rookie of the Year in her first year of teaching as well as High School Teacher of the Year. She also worked with groups such as Safe Schools NC  and her school’s GSA to provide a safe and equitable learning environment for all students. 

Sarah is a lifelong equestrian & grew up competing with Hunter/Jumper barns and competing in First Level Dressage. Besides her love of her horse, Sarah’s hobbies include tennis, scuba diving, boating, traveling with her husband, trying new local restaurants and breweries, or snuggling on the couch with her two rescue French Bulldogs.

From buying and selling to managing vacation/short term rentals, and even helping clients transition and design their new home, Sarah offers a full service experience. She is thrilled to be a member of the Living Seaside family and is eager to serve her clients in Wilmington & beyond!
