Sandy was excellent throughout the entire transaction. This was a deal that was 5 hours away from her home and she was more than willing to make several trips to the site to make sure everything was done right. She was very prompt in finding out information that we needed even when the seller’s were not exactly forthcoming with needed information. After the sale closed, she has also been very helpful in assisting us with various situations that arose.
