A North Carolina native, Myra grew up outside of Charlotte and attended college at East Carolina University in Greenville. After obtaining her degree, she worked for a tax litigation law firm in Washington, DC. Following DC, she moved overseas to live and work in Japan. A visit to friends here on the coast, however, planted the seeds for Wilmington to become her permanent home in 2006. With all the wonderful experiences she has enjoyed here, her favorite thing about working in real estate is sharing the diversity this beautiful coastal community has to offer.

Myra‘s legal background brings the attention to detail that real estate needs and her infectious enthusiasm makes the experience of buying or selling a home genuinely exciting and fun!

My Philosophy

“I feel that there is an ideal neighborhood for each person’s individual lifestyle and this beautiful coastal area has everything from ocean views to historic charm to choose from.

I can’t imagine calling any other place home. When I see the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy the sunset while walking through historic downtown, I realize that it is sharing these simple treasures with others that makes what I do so incredibly enjoyable. I care about what is important to you and want to offer my market knowledge and negotiation skills to guide you through the process of buying or selling your home. Making a decision on which agent to work with is very important. With my dedication, honesty and ability to deliver great results, I hope you will allow me the opportunity to help you discover the rare treasures this beautiful coastal community has to offer. ”
