For years, my father and his father owned and operated Martin’s 29 Bar-B-Q in Concord, North Carolina. Back then you could dine inside like civilized folks or park outside and wait for the girls on skates to take your order. Minutes later you would be eating the best BBQ east of the Mississippi. Looking back, I realize that is where I acquired my love for cooking. If you like barbeque, I have an uncanny gift of being able to match one of Wilmington’s best BBQ restaurants to your favorite BBQ taste. Call me.

I have called Wilmington home since 1984, so I know this place like a native.  This is where I raised my four children, two of whom were adopted and came here from Ekaterinburg, Russia. All of my children were baptized at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church where I served on the vestry and love the friendliness of the parishioners.  Church, family and WHQR Public Radio are important to me, as well as my two dogs and cat who might or might not come when called. The Wilmington area has much to offer. It is a fun, safe, and beautiful place to live.

Next to food, I love to play with my grandchildren, Jackson & Jayme. There is never a dull moment when they are hanging out with “Mimi.” Also, I enjoy working in the yard.

Whenever we drive to spend a day at Wrightsville Beach, I am reminded why we chose to live here. It is a fun, safe and beautiful place in which to grow up and raise a family. The restaurants are unbelievable and our venues for entertainment attract top notch groups. If you like, I can help you find a place that will be as special to you as my place is to me.

My Philosophy

“I help people realize their real estate dreams; whether finding their first home, settling their family in this area, or selling their home so they can move on with their lives. I love what I do! Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping others navigate through such changes with smiles on their faces. It starts with dedicated service and turns into a lasting friendship.

Every day in real estate, I am able to share my love and excitement of living in the most beautiful and interesting coastal setting in the country. Let me show you the possibilities, whether ocean front, historic downtown, or a neighborhood that feels like home for your family. If you can visualize it, I can find it. ”
