A love for both North Carolina “living” and its charming residences is part of my family heritage.  Therefore, being able to enjoy life in coastal Carolina is truly a dream come true.

I met my husband, Joel, during college when we participated in a summer youth outreach in Frisco, North Carolina. After college, Joel and I returned to Hatteras Island to be married.  We feel that there is no place like North Carolina to live and share our passion for making houses into homes. As a custom homes carpenter, Joel helps to create “dreams come true,” and I have found my joy in helping people navigate the hurdles of residential real estate when buying and selling their homes.

My background is in business operations, serving most recently as COO for HALF UNITED. After years of helping small business owners make operational adjustments towards profitability, I decided to help individuals do the same. What for a business might be “profitability” and “lean operations,” can apply to the “financial health”  and “desired lifestyle” in our individual lives.

Whether buying or selling, a home is one of the biggest investments most of us will make in our lifetime. If done correctly, it can be a financial stepping stone toward the lifestyle of your dreams.

When Joel and I bought our first Wilmington home, the team at Living Seaside Realty worked with us to ensure that our transaction went seamlessly.  Upon becoming a residential real estate agent myself, I wanted to join a real estate group who was detail-oriented, well-established in the area, and (most importantly) one who put the interests of their clients first. Living Seaside Realty is exactly that – a team of caring individuals, all striving to make sure we put the good of our clients above all else.

I look forward to talking with you about your goals, helping you map out the path to your dreams, and assisting you in making the moves toward all that you envision for the future.
