Elena Cazeault

Office Manager

Having grown up in Florida, it’s in my blood to be living near the water. A perfect day for me is boating on the Intracoastal water way. I have lived in Wilmington for over 20 years and it definitely feels like home. I met my husband in Tampa while I was attending Design school at the International Academy of Merchandise and Design. After my first child, I went back to school and received another degree in Liberal Arts from Post University in Connecticut. My greatest accomplishment has been raising my four children and I was blessed to be able to stay home with them during their formative years. Along the way, I started 2 successful businesses with my background in design, The Posh Whale and Wrightsville Red. I continue to be passionate about design by working with clients to help decorate, stage or remodel their homes.

I came to Living Seaside part time several years ago to help with staging and as a closing coordinator. After our Broker in Charge retired, I was asked to take over as Office Manager. I am often called “the mama” of the group and feel honored for that nickname. I love the people that work here and I am lucky to be a part of the Living Seaside Family. Working closely with our agents, I have learned so much about the Real Estate industry. It is ever evolving and there is always something new to learn. It’s exciting to be part of a team that helps people buy and sell their homes in this beautiful town we call home.
