A true Tar Heel blue North Carolina native, Caroline was raised in Chapel Hill and educated at UNC, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications. She has consistently been in the top performance ranks of Wilmington-area realtors, selling in excess of 500 houses for over $200 million dollars in sales in her real estate career that started in 2006.

Beyond working with clients to buy and sell residential properties, Caroline uses her skills to help clients renovate and gain equity in their homes.  Specializing in rehab and staging, her properties are some of the best presented in Wilmington. She thoroughly enjoys rolling up her sleeves and doing projects at houses.  She also owns a preschool in Brunswick County called Coastal Day School.
